All our Saona Island excursions depart by boat from the port of Bayahibe, the ideal starting point to reach this Caribbean gem. Located near the main tourist hubs of the Dominican Republic, Bayahibe is easily accessible no matter your location.
From Punta Cana, plan for about 1 hour of travel; from La Romana, the transfer is quicker, around 30 to 45 minutes; and from Santo Domingo, expect approximately 1h45 of travel.

Pick-up is free from Bayahibe and Dominicus. For travellers staying in other areas such as Punta Cana, La Romana or Santo Domingo, a private or semi-private transfer can be arranged at an additional cost.
