Anyone who has purchased a tour is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out in this document.

Article n°1: Rates

Rates are quoted including VAT

Rate changes can be made in the case of more or less intense seasonal attendance and the number of people participating in the tour for the same family.

The rates mentioned on our site are an indicative fare basis, each tour will be reworked according to customer demand, their travel dates and their desires.

Article n°2: Reservations and payments

Reservations will be made by email at info@tropicalevasion.com

A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking to ensure your participation in the program and thus allowing us to pre-book partner establishments.

Payment will be made either by PayPal or by international bank transfer

25% will be paid 45 days before the date of travel, by PayPal or bank transfer.

The balance will be paid on the day of arrival in the Dominican Republic in cash (euros, dollars or pesos) or by PayPal, to your Tropical Evasion representative.

Article n°3: Customer support

When booking, the customer will give his flight information to our booking service (date, time, flight number, arrival airport)

The day before departure, this information will be reconfirmed between the customer and our reservation service.

Our driver will take care of the guests upon arrival from the airport/accommodation and departure on the way back – accommodation/airport.

Article n°4: Safety and health

Any food allergy must be stipulated at the time of booking otherwise we will not be able to guarantee an adequate menu during the tour.

Anyone participating in our tours must respect the safety protocols given by the guide during the excursions.

Any minor must be accompanied by a person responsible for the age of majority.

It is important to travel with valid health insurance in the Dominican Republic, covering emergencies and repatriations.
Indeed, the country’s private hospitals can quickly be very expensive… if you have a Visa credit card or Mastercard, check with your bank to know the conditions of coverage, otherwise we advise you to take a travel insurance with your insurer for the period of stay or with specialized establishments.

Article n°5: Refund or exchange

Any cancellation must be the subject of an email send to Tropical Evasion: info@tropicalevasion.com

The amount of cancellation fees varies depending on when the cancellation occurs:
+45 days from departure: 20% of the price of the trip,
between 45 and 30 days of departure: 70% of the price of the trip,
-30 days of departure: 100% of the price of the trip

If an excursion of the tour is cancelled by us, due to bad weather or sea conditions, you will get a refund of the cancelled activity or a postponement to another date if possible.
