changes can be made in the case of more or less intense seasonal attendance and the number of people participating in the tour for the same family.<\/p><p>The rates mentioned on our site are an indicative fare basis, each tour will be reworked according to customer demand, their travel dates and their desires.<\/p><p><strong>Article n\u00b02: Reservations and payments<\/strong><\/p><p>Reservations will be made by email at info@tropicalevasion.com<\/p><p>A deposit of 50% will be required at the time of booking to ensure your participation in the program and thus allowing us to pre-book partner establishments.<\/p><p>Payment will be made either by PayPal or by international bank transfer<\/p><p>25% will be paid 45 days before the date of travel, by PayPal or bank transfer.<\/p><p>The balance will be paid on the day of arrival in the Dominican Republic in cash (euros, dollars or pesos) or by PayPal, to your Tropical Evasion representative.<\/p><p><strong>Article n\u00b03: Customer support<\/strong><\/p><p>When booking, the customer will give his flight information to our booking service (date, time, flight number, arrival airport)<\/p><p>The day before departure, this information will be reconfirmed between the customer and our reservation service.<\/p><p>Our driver will take care of the guests upon arrival from the airport\/accommodation and departure on the way back \u2013 accommodation\/airport.<\/p><p><strong>Article n\u00b04: Safety and health<\/strong><\/p><p>Any food allergy must be stipulated at the time of booking otherwise we will not be able to guarantee an adequate menu during the tour.<\/p><p>Anyone participating in our tours must respect the safety protocols given by the guide during the excursions.<\/p><p>Any minor must be accompanied by a person responsible for the age of majority.<\/p><p>It is important to travel with valid health insurance in the Dominican Republic, covering emergencies and repatriations.<br \/>Indeed, the country&#8217;s private hospitals can quickly be very expensive&#8230; if you have a Visa credit card or Mastercard, check with your bank to know the conditions of coverage, otherwise we advise you to take a travel insurance with your insurer for the period of stay or with specialized establishments.<\/p><p><strong>Article n\u00b05: Refund or exchange<\/strong><\/p><p>Any cancellation must be the subject of an email send to Tropical Evasion: info@tropicalevasion.com<\/p><p>The amount of cancellation fees varies depending on when the cancellation occurs:<br \/>+45 days from departure: 20% of the price of the trip,<br \/>between 45 and 30 days of departure: 70% of the price of the trip,<br \/>-30 days of departure: 100% of the price of the trip<\/p><p>If an excursion of the tour is cancelled by us, due to bad weather or sea conditions, you will get a refund of the cancelled activity or a postponement to another date if
